Do I need to sign up to order?

Yes,only registered customers are able to order from the webshop.

 

I forgot my password

In case you forgot your password, you can request a new one to the email adress you gave us at the registration process

 

Can I order via email or phone or by using the live chat?

You can only order by using the webshop. In case you need help in the process, we are happy to help you. You can reach us by phone or e-mail and also at our live chat.

 

How can I be sure that my order is completed? How do I know when it will be shipped?

We will send you a confirmation email once your order is completed. 

In case you did not manage to receive a confirmation email please make sure that your email address is correct. You can check at your personal information menu

In case your email adress is right yet you did not receive a confirmation, please contact us

 

I would like to order something but I'm not quite sure what will fit me best. What should I do?

You can check the size guide at every product's own page. You will find the correct measurements there. In case you still have further questions, feel free to contact us! 

 

How can I pay for my order? 

You can Pay via credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard) or through bank transfer.

 

How can I modify an order?

In case you want to modify a completed order, please contact us!

 

What can I do if I did not get my delivery?

The Logistics Company will notify you via email about your shipment’s due. Furthermore, they will try to deliver your parcel two times. You will have the chance to modify your order while its still  under processing. Once we shipped you order we can not change anything about it. Thank you for your understanding!

 

How long the shipping will take?

In case we receive you orders until noon on working days, we will handle it to the delivery service on the same day you have placed them. In case you did not order on a working day or your order is placed after 12:00 PM, the earliest we can transfer it for shipping is on the following day. The shipment will be completed within 3-5 business days.

Orders made during holidays or on the weekends, will be processed the following working day.

 

How can I schedule the shipment?

You have an option to schedule your delivery for the following 5 working days.

Please fill in the „ information for the seller „ box at the end of your ordering process.

You will get a shipping confirmation and later on your tracking number as well.

This number will be used to track your order status at the GLS homepage.

What can I do if the size is wrong or the item is just didn't satisfy my taste?

How can I be sure that the returned items arrived in order?

We will notify you via e-mail as soon as we get your parcel back.

 

I have experienced problems with one of my items. What can I do about it?

In case you exerience any problems with your items within 6 months from your purchase, let us know. We will manage to get it back to our headquarter.


How Can I request a refund?

You will have to fill in the request for refund form attached to your order and send it back to us along with your items within 14 days.

Once we got everything back, we will manage to transfer the payment back to you within two weeks. Please make sure your bank account information is given right.
